The system feels quick and responsive, with none of the touch delay that some other budget infotainment systems offer, and ease of use is increased further by handy knobs below the screen for quick volume and tuning control. For audio, the standard models feature a four-speaker system with a six-speaker option as an upgrade.

The Smartstream G1.6 engine powers the SUV with 121 horsepower considering the size of the car, providing plenty of zipping for nimbly navigating stop-start city traffic. The combination of continuously variable transmission and front-wheel drive gives a smooth feel for longer bursts of driving.

 

Fuel economy is a strong point of the 2021 Venue, with a highway rating of just 7.1L / 100km and a city figure of 7.8L / 100km.
